What data the app processes

Camera
The app uses the camera only when you scan a barcode or take a photo. Barcodes are recognised on your phone with Google ML Kit. Camera images leave your phone only when you save a photo to an item.
What LilliBasket does not do
LilliBasket shows no advertising, does not sell data, does not track you across other apps or websites and does not use analytics tools.
Service providers
LilliBasket stores its data with Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage for Firebase). The provider is Google Ireland Limited, and for some services Google LLC in the USA. Data can therefore be processed outside your country, including in the USA. Google uses the EU standard contractual clauses for such transfers. Details: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
How long data is kept
Your data is kept as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, it is deleted as described on the page Delete your account. Items and lists you delete in the app are removed straight away.
Legal basis
We process your data to provide the app you have chosen to use. For users in the European Union, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and for protecting the service against misuse Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. In the Philippines, processing follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected, deleted or handed over in a common format, and object to its processing. Write to . You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, in the Philippines the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph), in the EU the authority of your country.
Children
LilliBasket is not directed at children under 13.
This website
lillibasket.com sets no cookies, uses no tracking and loads nothing from other servers. The web server records the IP address, time, requested page and browser type of each visit. These logs are used only to keep the server secure and are deleted after 14 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
