Delete your LilliBasket account
In the app
- Open LilliBasket and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
Send an email to from the email address you use for LilliBasket, with the subject “Delete my account”.
We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email. If the request does not come from the address of the account, we ask you to confirm it first.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Please use one of the two ways above.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, name and sign-in method.
- Your membership in all households.
- Every household in which you are the only member, including all its lists, items and photos.
Households you share with others
If other people are still members of a household, the household continues for them. Lists, items and photos in it stay available to the other members, because they are part of the shared list. Your name is no longer shown as a member.
What is kept, and for how long
